Circuit boards through the solder pot
Tape goes over the gold fingers first. After wave soldering, the solder pot or tin spray, it peels off with no residue.

Ultra-low tack, precisely controlled
Our lowest-tack silicone PET film is ≤1.5 gf/25mm, and its tack varies very little — tighter than most coating plants can hold.
Still peels clean after heat
Polyimide tape leaves no residue after 1 hour at 200 °C or 1 minute at 260 °C. Green polyester tape leaves no residue on steel, aluminium or plastic after 3 days at 70 °C — it just takes a little more force to peel. These are our own tests, not third-party reports.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Polyimide tape and green polyester tape tested by SGS: all ten RoHS substances not detected, and halogen-free.

Tell me where it's used
Tell me what product it goes on and what it has to do. If you know them, add: PE or PET film, thickness, single or double layer, room temperature or heat-resistant, acrylic or silicone adhesive, and how much tack (1–1000 g/25mm). Not sure? Send us a piece of the film you use now and we'll test it first.

Free sample, you test it
The sample is free; you cover the freight. Test it yourself first, then try it on your line.

Settled in one or two rounds
If any result is slightly off, we adjust the formulation and process and make a new sample. One or two rounds usually settles it.

Bulk delivery
Slit to the width you need and packed for sea or air freight. USD payment and export customs are no problem.
