The die-cutters we serve supply them

From die-cutting to shipping, this film is used in four places.

  1. On a rotary die-cutter, film and material are cut into rows of parts together
    01 · Inline die-cutting

The film goes onto the material and is cut into parts with it.

  2. The waste matrix is wound away while the parts stay on the clear carrier film
    02 · Carrier & waste stripping

The film holds from underneath; the waste comes away and the parts stay on the film.

  3. Gloved hands place film-covered parts into an antistatic tray
    03 · In-process protection

Through assembly and handling, the film keeps off scratches and dust.

  4. Film-covered parts packed in trays into a shipping carton
    04 · Shipping protection

It leaves the factory on the part and comes off at your customer's.

↓ PET film or PE film? It depends what you're die-cutting.
