Silicone PET protective film, low tack held precisely.

Silicone adhesive coated on PET film. It pushes out trapped air on its own as you apply it, and peels off with no residue. Tack starts at ≤1.5 gf/25mm and goes up to 280; slit to the width you need.

Most buyers come to us for the ultra-low tack.

On low-tack film, our tack varies very little — tighter than most coating plants can hold.

Low tack, and steady

Our lowest tack goes down to ≤1.5 gf/25mm. Silicone-coated film also holds its tack more steadily.

Good adhesion, and it keeps the product clean. Single-layer grades wind without bubbles, too.

Peels off with no residue

High cleanliness. It stays on while electronics are processed and while they ship, and when it finally comes off, the surface is clean.

These are the values on our spec sheet. The sheet doesn't state the test conditions (substrate, peel angle and speed) — tell me if you need them and we'll confirm and send them to you. Rolls are slit to the width you need.

↓ Which steps is it used for?

It protects electronics through processing and shipping.

These are the two uses our spec sheet and brochure list.

On a rotary die-cutter, film and material are cut into rows of parts together

Converters: in-line die-cutting and waste stripping

You buy roll stock, convert it into die-cut parts and sell them on. The die-cutting page walks through all four steps.

Electronics: on during processing, still on at shipping

It leaves the factory with the product and only comes off at your customer's.

↓ Not sure which grade? Ask me.

What are you putting it on? Tell me, and I'll pick the grade.

“What material does it go on, and what does it need to do? How thick, how wide, how low a tack, antistatic or not? Tell me whatever you know.”

If you have a film you use now, send us a piece — we'll test it first, then match it and aim to do better. I'll reply within 24 hours: leave me a message with the button below, or email me directly.
