Acrylic Foam and Light-Blocking Tapes
Double-sided acrylic foam and light-blocking tapes for bezel and component bonding in handset assembly. Peel adhesion is published against four substrates — SUS304, PC, ABS and PE — because the same tape reads very differently on each.

| Product | Thickness (µm) | SUS304 | PC | ABS | PE | Roll size |

Test conditions
Peel figures for this line are published without their test conditions in the factory's current data. We are collecting substrate, angle, speed and dwell before we publish them here.
Our tape lines already carry full conditions — SUS304 stainless steel, 180° at 300 mm/min, per GB/T 2792-2014. We would rather show you a gap than a number we cannot stand behind.
Properties the factory states for this line
- Impact resistance
- Die-cutting performance
- Water resistance
- Drop resistance (light-blocking grade)
- Holding power (light-blocking grade)
These are qualitative properties from the factory's own product sheet. No third-party test report backs them. Only the peel figures in the table above are measured values.
Applications
- Camera bezel bonding
- Speaker and receiver bezel bonding
- Handset front and back cover bezel bonding
- Battery pack mounting and fixing
